そんな思いから、福岡県糸島市で栽培期間中無農薬・化学肥料不使用で野菜を育てています。
家族３代で100年以上に渡り受け継いできた知恵や技術と、糸島・井原山から流れる美しい水、そして豊かな土壌が生み出す美味しい野菜を全国の皆様にお届けいたします。
こだわり①『土壌診断「SOFIX」で特A取得』
当農園の名前、ボンテール（bonne terre）とは、フランス語で「良い土壌」・「豊な土地」を意味する言葉です。糸島ボンテール農園の土壌は、2022年のSOFIX分析で最高評価の特Ａと認定されました。自然の恵みを最大限生かすことができる肥沃な土壌で美味しい野菜を育てています。
こだわり②『里山の自然の恵みを活かした農法』
農園は福岡県糸島市井原の里山にあります。井原山から湧き出る清らかな水、豊かな土壌、微生物の力を利用した農法にこだわり、大切な人に安心して食べさせることができる野菜を作っています。
こだわり③『100年以上続く知恵の伝承』
私たちは家族代々100年以上営んでいる農家の3代目です。師匠である先代が長年培ってきたこの土地ならではの気候、風土を活かした栽培方法を学び、受け継いでいます。
“We want to grow only the vegetable we want to serve our beloved family.”
With this in mind, we grow vegetables in Itoshima City, Fukuoka Prefecture, without using pesticides or chemical fertilizers throughout cultivation. Our delicious vegetables are produced using wisdom and techniques that have been passed down through three generations of our family for over 100 years. The vegetables are grown with the beautiful water flowing from Mount Ihara in Itoshima, and the rich soil is delivered to people all over Japan.
Commitment 1: ” Having a Special A rating in the soil diagnosis of the SOFIX (Soil fertility index).”
“Bonne Terre” is a French word meaning “good soil” or ” rich land.” In 2022, the soil of Itoshima Bonne Terre Farm was certified as “Special A,” the highest rating in the SOFIX analysis. We grow delicious vegetables in rich soil that allows us to make the most of nature’s blessings.
Commitment 2: “Farming Methods that Utilize the Blessings of the Nature of the Mountain
The farm is in the Ihara, Itoshima City Mountain village, Fukuoka Prefecture. We utilize the pure water from Mt. Ihara, rich soil, and the power of microorganisms to produce vegetables. The vegetables grown in such an environment are safe to serve loved ones.
Commitment 3: “Over 100 years of heritage of wisdom”.
Our family has been running the farm for over 100 years, and we are the third generation. We have learned and inherited the cultivation methods that leverage this region’s unique climate and landforms cultivated over many years by our predecessors and mentors.
